National Defence Academy

Pune is home to the National Defence Academy which is the most prominent military institution in India. Cadets here are trained for all the three defence services namely army, navy and air force. This prestigious institution is located around 15 kilometers from the city centre. It is a popular tourist attraction however; you need to acquire prior permission for visiting the NDA. Chinde Chhatri

National War Museum
